In January of 1985 God allowed me to become the pastor of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. God has been very good to us over these many years. Many goals have been reached and dreams have been realized. Our continuing goal is the preaching of the gospel to the whole world. This goal is the result of the Lord's command found in Mark 16:15 where it says, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

I believe that strong homes build strong churches. It is easy to see that in this day and time our homes and marriages are in need of strengthening. Thus, I seek to encourage our church to have activities that the whole family can be involved in. I also seek to direct part of my preaching and teaching throughout the year on marriage, the home and family relationships.
